Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands).
Upon request we can send worldwide (please contact us for further information and pricing)
Please note:
- Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
- Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
- Delivery will be through a private delivery company.
- All deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier will leave a card. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. The carrier will then leave the delivery with a neighbour or local delivery office. The card will let you know where it is.
- All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
- From Crystal – All crystals are carefully checked for defects before being dispatched. As the majority of our 3D crystals are personalised and made to order, we are unable to issue any refunds or accept returns.
- We also do not accept cancellations.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event you believe that you have received a defective crystal please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Crystalliz3d reserves the right to decide if the product is defective and if the product can be improved. If we agree that the product is defective we will provide you with a replacement of the exact size and contents. Items to be exchanged must be returned to us with all packaging in brand new condition. Please contact in with your returns request.
